Failure to Thrive

"There are things that you need to know to thrive in this life, but it is hard to get it across to you since you've picked up this bad habit of not listening. Yet it is evident in your life that you are struggling to survive and not thriving. By this time in your life you ought to be able to show your family and others how to thrive, yet you need someone to sit down with you and go over the basics again, starting from square one. You don’t have the tools, resources and or desire to care for yourself and your family. You should have been much further by this time, experienced in life, mature, thriving where you are. You should be able, through practice, to tell right from wrong, good from bad, striving to be a productive citizen of your community. Are you willing to let someone come alongside of you and help show you how you can thrive and not just survive?"
