Community Mapping Event - July 2010
Debra Kollock from WSU Extension, guided a group of people who had participated in the Tum Tum Horizons Project in the many ways that the Horizons Project has benefited the Lake Spokane Area.
Our purpose is to develop innovative and sustainable economic, educational, social opportunities compatible with a rural lifestyle in the Tum Tum/Lake Spokane community and the surrounding area, uniting people of diverse backgrounds to reduce poverty, to enhance and develop cultural and natural resources, to develop alliances with surrounding communities, and to promote the common goals of the community, related organizations and celebrations in the community.
