• Call 509-685-6015 to request a voucher(You are calling Rural Resources in Colville). Only call once please. Someone will get back with you as soon as possible.
  
• Receive a call back. Fill out the voucher registration form over the phone.
  
• You will either get a voucher number over the phone, or via email with step by step instructions on how to get started. You have until July 31st to activate the voucher.
  
• Go online to: www.microsoft.com/About/CorporateCitizenship/US/CommunityInvestment/ElevateAmerica.aspx and enter your voucher number. Once activated you have 12 months to complete a module.
  
• Choose a module and get started!
  
• Once finished print out the certificate of completion in order to get another voucher for your next module (should you choose)
  
• Once ready for the exam you will need an exam voucher. Then find the certi-port location nearest you (www.certiport.com) and go and take the exam. When you pass you will be Microsoft certified.
